I think you’ll love the website as much as we do, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, just contact us by phone or email within 30 days* of receipt and we will assist you with a return/exchange
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
Our Return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS/SITUATIONS ARE NOT VALID FOR RETURN AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE:
- Change of mind
- Mistakenly Order (Please read everything before placing any order)
- Items that are on SALE.
- Item/s that have been used/worn/altered
- Item/s that have been with the customer for more than 30 days
- Item/s that have been damaged due to improper use
- Item/s that are correct but not working due to not being compatible with your phone (kindly check each product page on Android/iOS compatibility)
To complete your return, we require that you have received instructions from our customer service team regarding the return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The customer shall be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be by the advise
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Missing Shipment
For Missing Shipments – just contact us at clicknpickco@gmail.com with your order number, and we will ship a replacement immediately.
Damaged Items
If the item you received is damaged you have 7 days upon delivery to claim a refund or replacement.
Photo or video proof will be required before receiving a refund or replacement.
If you are unable to provide a photo/video showing the damage then you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Damaged items due to improper use will not be valid for a refund/exchange.
Late or missing refunds
The refund process takes between 3-7 business days to complete
The refund will be granted directly to the same method you used to purchase in our store.
(PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Amazon Payments or Apple Pay)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
